PartitionWHV_PARTITION_HANDLEinレジスタを取得する対象パーティションハンドル。
VpIndexDWORDin対象仮想プロセッサのインデックス番号。

RegisterCountDWORDin取得するレジスタの個数。配列要素数を指定する。
