PartitionWHV_PARTITION_HANDLEin対象パーティションのハンドルを指定する。
VpIndexDWORDin対象とする仮想プロセッサの0始まりのインデックス番号を指定する。
Statevoid*in設定するローカル割り込みコントローラの状態を格納した入力バッファへのポインタ。
StateSizeDWORDinStateバッファのバイト単位のサイズを指定する。
