PartitionWHV_PARTITION_HANDLEin対象パーティションのハンドルを指定する。
LogicalDeviceIdULONGLONGin対象とする仮想PCIデバイスの論理デバイスIDを指定する。
RegisterWHV_VPCI_DEVICE_REGISTER*in書き込み対象のレジスタ位置(BAR・オフセット・サイズ)を記述する構造体へのポインタ。
Datavoid*in書き込むレジスタ値を格納した入力バッファへのポインタ。
