電源設定値の選択肢の 1 つに対応するフレンドリ名を取得します。
戻り値
呼び出しが成功した場合は ERROR_SUCCESS (ゼロ) を返し、失敗した場合は 0 以外の値を返します。BufferSize パラメーターで指定したバッファサイズが小さすぎる場合は ERROR_MORE_DATA が返され、BufferSize パラメーターが指す DWORD に必要なバッファサイズが格納されます。
