assertionLPCSTRin変換対象の認証アサーションデータを指すANSI文字列ポインター。
assertionLengthDWORDinassertion のデータ長(バイト単位)。
resourceIdLPCWSTRin対象リソースを識別するリソースIDを示すワイド文字列。
userCredentialWTS_SERIALIZED_USER_CREDENTIAL**out生成されたシリアル化ユーザー資格情報を受け取るポインターのアドレス。
