名前方向説明
Bindingvoid*inマーシャル済みターゲット情報を照会するバインディングハンドル(内部API)。
MarshalledTargetInfoSizeDWORD*out取得した情報のサイズ(バイト)を受け取る出力先。
MarshalledTargetInfoLPSTR*outマーシャル済みターゲット情報のバッファへのポインタを受け取る出力先。

戻り値の型: RPC_STATUS
