Handlevoid*inoutエンコードに使用するシリアライズハンドル。
pPicklingInfoMIDL_TYPE_PICKLING_INFO*in型ピックリング情報(MIDL_TYPE_PICKLING_INFO)へのポインタ。
pStubDescMIDL_STUB_DESC*inスタブ記述子(MIDL_STUB_DESC)へのポインタ。
