パラメーター

名前方向説明
timeZoneInformationTIME_ZONE_INFORMATION*inoptional変換に用いるタイムゾーン情報へのポインタ。NULLで現在の設定を使う。
localFileTimeFILETIME*in変換元のローカルFILETIME値へのポインタ。
localSystemTimeSYSTEMTIME*out変換後のローカルSYSTEMTIMEを受け取るポインタ。
