パラメーター

名前方向説明
timeZoneInformationTIME_ZONE_INFORMATION*inoptional変換に用いるタイムゾーン情報へのポインタ。NULLで現在の設定を使う。
localSystemTimeSYSTEMTIME*in変換元のローカルSYSTEMTIME構造体へのポインタ。
localFileTimeFILETIME*out変換後のローカルFILETIME値を受け取るポインタ。
