名前方向説明
wDosDateWORDin変換元のMS-DOS形式の日付(ビットパック値、WORD)。
wDosTimeWORDin変換元のMS-DOS形式の時刻(ビットパック値、WORD)。
pvtimeDOUBLE*out変換後のバリアント時刻(DATE)を受け取る出力先(DOUBLE*)。
