名前方向説明
activatableClassIdsHSTRING*in登録するランタイムクラス名(HSTRING)の配列。
activationFactoryCallbacksPFNGETACTIVATIONFACTORY*in各クラスに対応するアクティベーションファクトリ取得コールバックの配列。
countDWORDin配列要素数(クラス名とコールバックの個数)。
cookieRO_REGISTRATION_COOKIE*out出力として登録解除に使うRO_REGISTRATION_COOKIEを受け取るポインタ。
