パラメーター

名前方向説明
wFatDateWORDin変換元のMS-DOS形式の日付。
wFatTimeWORDin変換元のMS-DOS形式の時刻。
lpFileTimeFILETIME*out変換結果のFILETIME構造体を受け取る出力ポインタ。
