パラメーター

名前方向説明
ProcessHandleHANDLEinサイクルタイムを取得するプロセスのハンドル。PROCESS_QUERY_INFORMATION権限が必要。
CycleTimeULONGLONG*outプロセス内全スレッドが消費したCPUサイクル数の合計を受け取る出力ポインタ。

戻り値の型: BOOL
