名前方向説明
pszTargetUrlLPCSTRin評価情報を取得する対象コンテンツのURLを指すANSI文字列を指定する。
dwUserDataDWORDinコールバックに引き渡されるアプリ定義のユーザーデータを指定する。
fCallbackINT_PTRin取得完了時に呼び出されるコールバック関数へのポインタを指定する。
phRatingObtainQueryHANDLE*outoptional開始した非同期クエリのハンドルを受け取るポインタを指定する。後で中止に使用する。
