サイズ=各フィールドのバイト数(x64/x86 で異なる場合は x64/x86 と併記)。x64/x86 列=フィールドのバイトオフセット(HSPで dupptr / lpoke / wpoke 等に使用)。

dwNupBorderFlagsDWORD4+8+8Nアップ印刷時の境界線描画を制御するフラグ。
dwJobPageOrderFlagsDWORD4+12+12ジョブが要求するページ順序を示すフラグ。
dwDrvPageOrderFlagsDWORD4+16+16ドライバーが適用するページ順序を示すフラグ。
dwJobNumberOfCopiesDWORD4+20+20ジョブが要求する印刷部数。
dwDrvNumberOfCopiesDWORD4+24+24ドライバーが処理する印刷部数。
dwColorOptimizationDWORD4+28+28カラー最適化方法を示すフラグ。
dmPrintQualitySHORT2+32+32印刷品質をDEVMODEと同様の値で示す。負値はDPI、正値はDMRES_HIGH等の解像度定数。
dmYResolutionSHORT2+34+34Y方向の印刷解像度をDPIで示す。

HSP用 定義

HSP3.7/3.8 は構造体機能が無いため4byte整数配列(dim)+peek/poke で操作(32/64bitでサイズ・位置が異なる場合はタブで分割)。IronHSP は NSTRUCT(#defstruct/stdim/->)で32/64bit共通。
