サイズ=各フィールドのバイト数(x64/x86 で異なる場合は x64/x86 と併記)。x64/x86 列=フィールドのバイトオフセット(HSPで dupptr / lpoke / wpoke 等に使用)。

VersionDWORD4+0+0ストリーム記述子の構造体バージョン。
StreamIdDWORD4+4+4ストリームを識別するID。
DefaultBOOL4+8+8既定のストリームか否か(BOOL)。
CreationBOOL4+12+12ストリームを新規作成するか否か(BOOL)。
ReservedDWORD4+16+16予約フィールド。将来の拡張用で通常は0。
guidSubMediaTypeGUID16+20+20サブメディア種別を示すGUID。
guidFormatTypeGUID16+36+36フォーマット種別を示すGUID。
MediaTypeAM_MEDIA_TYPE88/72+56+52ストリームのメディア種別(AM_MEDIA_TYPE)。

HSP用 定義

HSP3.7/3.8 は構造体機能が無いため4byte整数配列(dim)+peek/poke で操作(32/64bitでサイズ・位置が異なる場合はタブで分割)。IronHSP は NSTRUCT(#defstruct/stdim/->)で32/64bit共通。
