ソースディスクからの作成中にソースディスクの所有権を取得し、作成操作中にソースディスクが変更されないようにします。ソースディスクは、あらかじめオフラインまたは読み取り専用 (もしくはその両方) になっている必要もあります。所有権は作成の完了時に解放されます。これには、同じソースディスクからの同時作成を禁止するという副次的な効果もあります。所有権を取得できない場合、またはソースディスクがあらかじめオフラインでも読み取り専用でもない場合、作成は失敗します。このフラグは省略可能ですが、ソースディスクからの作成では使用することを強く推奨します。それ以外の種類の作成には影響しません (ソース VHD からの作成には影響せず、SourcePath を指定しない作成にも影響しません)。

Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2: このフラグは、Windows 8 および Windows Server 2012 より前では、ISO 仮想ディスクを開く際にはサポートされません。
