名前方向説明
AccountOwnerWINBIO_IDENTITY*in登録ファクターを調べる対象アカウント所有者のIDを指定する構造体ポインタ。
EnrolledFactorsDWORD*out登録済みの生体認証ファクターを示すフラグを受け取る出力ポインタ。
