名前方向説明
tessGLUtesselator*inout対象のテッセレータオブジェクトへのポインタ。
whichDWORDin登録するコールバック種別。GLU_TESS_VERTEXなど。
fnINT_PTRinコールバック関数へのポインタ。NULLで解除。
