パラメーター

名前方向説明
pUnkCertIUnknown*in信頼性を示す認証用IUnknownへのポインタ。通常はNULLを指定する。
dwRightsDWORDin要求する権利を示すフラグ。WMT_RIGHT_PLAYBACK等を指定する。
ppReaderIWMReader**out作成したリーダのIWMReaderを受け取るポインタのアドレス。出力用。

戻り値の型: HRESULT
