名前方向説明
engineHandleFWPM_ENGINE_HANDLEinフィルタリングエンジンへのセッションハンドル。
outboundTrafficIPSEC_TRAFFIC1*inSAをネゴシエートする送信トラフィックを記述するIPSEC_TRAFFIC1。
virtualIfTunnelInfoIPSEC_VIRTUAL_IF_TUNNEL_INFO0*inoptional仮想インターフェイストンネルの情報。トンネルでなければNULL可。
inboundFilterIdULONGLONG*outoptional対応する受信フィルターのIDを受け取る出力。不要ならNULL可。
idULONGLONG*out作成されたSAコンテキストの実行時IDを受け取る出力。
