名前方向説明
hNodeHNODEinoptionalIDを取得する対象ノードへのハンドル。
lpszNodeIdLPWSTRoutノードIDを受け取るバッファへのポインタ。
lpcchNameDWORD*inout入出力でIDバッファの容量と文字数を受け渡すポインタ。
