名前方向説明
param0IUnknown*inoptional呼び出し元コントロールのIUnknownへのポインタ。NULL可。
param1LPCSTRin開く対象のURL文字列(ANSI)。
param2IStream**out取得したブロッキングストリーム(IStream)を受け取る出力ポインタ。
param3DWORDin予約パラメータ。0を指定する。
param4IBindStatusCallback*inoptionalダウンロード進捗通知を受け取るIBindStatusCallbackへのポインタ。NULL可。
