名前方向説明
optionsDispatcherQueueOptionsin生成するキューのスレッド種別やCOM初期化を指定するDispatcherQueueOptions構造体。
dispatcherQueueControllerDispatcherQueueController*out出力として生成されたDispatcherQueueControllerを受け取るポインタ。
