パラメーター

名前方向説明
piunkIUnknown*in保存対象オブジェクトのIUnknown。IPersistStreamを問い合わせて保存する。
pistmIStream*in保存先のストリームインターフェイス。
fClearDirtyBOOLinTRUEなら保存後にダーティフラグをクリアする。

戻り値の型: HRESULT
