名前方向説明
pOwnerIUnknown*inoptionalプレゼンタを所有するオブジェクトのIUnknownへのポインタ。NULL可。
riidDeviceGUID*inプレゼンタが使用するデバイスのインターフェイスIIDへのポインタ。
riidGUID*in要求するプレゼンタインターフェイスのIIDへのポインタ。
ppVideoPresentervoid**out生成されたビデオプレゼンタを受け取るポインタのアドレス。

戻り値の型: HRESULT
