ioRingHIORINGinフラッシュ操作を構築する対象のI/Oリングのハンドル。
fileRefIORING_HANDLE_REFinバッファをディスクへ書き出す対象ファイルへの参照(IORING_HANDLE_REF)。
flushModeFILE_FLUSH_MODEinフラッシュの範囲や方式を指定するモード(FILE_FLUSH_MODE)。
userDataUINT_PTRin完了時に識別用として返される任意のユーザデータ(UINT_PTR)。
sqeFlagsIORING_SQE_FLAGSin送信キューエントリの動作を制御するフラグ(IORING_SQE_FLAGS)。
