pSrcDatavoid*inシリアライズ済みルートシグネチャのバイナリデータへのポインター。
SrcDataSizeInBytesUINT_PTRinpSrcDataが指すデータのバイト数を指定する。
pRootSignatureDeserializerInterfaceGUID*in要求するデシリアライザーインターフェイスのIID。
ppRootSignatureDeserializervoid**out生成されたデシリアライザーインターフェイスを受け取る出力先。
