WM_TOUCHHITTESTING コールバック用に、近接評価スコアと調整後のタッチポイント座標をパックした値として返します。
戻り値
この関数が成功した場合、TOUCH_HIT_TESTING_PROXIMITY_EVALUATION の score および adjustedPoint の値を LRESULT として返します。拡張エラー情報を取得するには、GetLastError 関数を呼び出してください。

通常、これは WM_TOUCHHITTESTING ハンドラー内で最後に呼び出される関数です。
